I manage the day-to-day operations, handle employee payroll, and oversee inventory and staff scheduling. I also manage the business’s Facebook page—creating content, responding to customer inquiries, and promoting our products online. I design marketing materials using Canva, edit videos with CapCut, and help ensure consistent food quality and excellent service. My efforts have contributed to the business’s growth and recognition, including a feature on GMA News TV’s “IRL.”
